All the products we sell are personalised and made to order.

We aim to despatch all orders and meet the delivery date. The delivery dates provided are based on Royal Mail meeting their delivery timelines, therefore the delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed, although the majority of our orders will be received on time.

This is particularly important to note at key seasonal times such as Christmas, when the delivery service may be subject to delays. Please ensure you take this into account when placing your order. Orders cannot be returned if they are received later than expected.

If you wish to use a guaranteed delivery service please use our Express service where parcels are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed the next day before 1pm.

Please check with your local delivery office if your order is not received within a reasonable time frame, while you were out cards can be mislaid or not put through the door. We will charge p & p to resend orders which are returned where they have not been collected from the delivery office.
