11 Sep 2011Terrible customer service, neither the website nor the actual seller has responded at all to my attempts to ask for help with a refund and return for a product that was not suitable and faulty. I am totally dissatisfied.
Naive's response:

Unfortunately only one of your messages reached us which we promptly replied to, so we are so sorry that you feel that we have not responded to your queries. I can assure you ignoring a customer is not how we conduct our business and we were surprised by your review. The best way to contact us is via your order enquiry rather than replying to the 'donotreply' email which unfortunately never reaches us. We have spoken to NOTHS and they confirm that no other messages came through their system to us. Is it possible you responded to the 'donotreply' email?
