Naive
Naïve is now beginning its second year as a business. We have experienced tremendous success and praise within these first two years, which has given us the confidence to experiment with new ideas, develop our product range, and build upon our skills.
We acquire most items from warehouses and furniture auctions. Each item chosen requires an element of character and charm. We prefer working with quirky individual items as they are crying out for a revamp and once complete are propelled into a new lease of life. This healthy regard for recycling is a conscious effort to escape the generic flat-pack furniture of today and restore an element of originality to the home.
Our inspiration is the pieces themselves . It is important that we work with clean-lined objects, whether it is a chest of draws or a console table. Otherwise the effect would be too fussy. This would then give the impression of the wallpaper fighting with the object. The wallpaper chosen for each piece is always in-keeping and enhances the item, with regard to era, style and function.
Naïve pushes the boundaries of current furniture design, and offers the customer a distinctive piece which is exclusive to them. Our range is designed to appeal to an individual who likes to dictate their own personal style, and enjoys furnishing their home in unique and exciting ways that sets them apart from the crowd.
