Each knife has been lovingly handmade by a specialist wood crafter, and has a solid cherrywood handle and stainless steel blade. It will slice effortlessly through both hard and soft cheeses, tomatoes, or meats -with the ease of a wire cutter, but with the strength and control of a blade.
