Choose from 2 postcard formats:
a: personalised with a message below the 'thank you', the name/s of the child/children, and the date they were christened, baptised, dedicated etc
b: personalised with just the name/s of the child/children, and the date they were christened, baptised, dedicated etc. A space will be left below 'thank you' for you to write your own message.
