  The brooch didn't look like the picture. It was smaller than I expected and much flatter. I had expected a cone shape. Also the colour was not as nice. It took quite a long time to arrive so I just had to give it as a present but I wasn't really happy. I wouldn't have bought it from a shop, if I had seen it. On the plus side it was nicely packaged.

  I am sorry that your Mogwaii button brooch pin was not as you had expected. Due to each item being hand made it is tricky to repeat exactly. As compensation for your disappointment I have refunded your order completely. Apologies Sarah Campbell

  lovely brooch at a very reasonable price. delightful packaging too. look forward to buying from this maker again.

  This brooch was meant to come in a gift box. I called notonthehighstreet to complain and they said they would call the sender. I got an email a few days later saying the the sender wanted the brooch back and that she was refunding me the money. This brooch was a present for someone I did not want to send it back, i only wanted the giftbox. I now have to go to the Post Office and post an item back that I wanted to keep. I was also charged £3.95 postage and the parcel came with a large letter stamp attached. I will not order from notonthehighstreet again and will not rate the company who sent the brooch. I have never came across anyone so unprofessional.

  I am so sorry that you have been disappointed with the item ordered from Mogwaii and the service you have received. I do appreciate your frustration. I think perhaps you did not receive my replies to your original enquiry asking whether you would like a refund or a replacement including a box. As I didn't hear back I refunded the order + return's postage cost and requested that you send the item back to me. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
