This is inspired by the richness and beauty of the English language and some of the many wonderful and witty words and expressions for 'drunk'.
Perhaps we wouldn't have so many if it wasn't one of our national pastimes, which would be a real shame!
This print features fourteen colourful synonyms or near synonyms of drunk depicted in creative fonts in the shape of a bottle
They are: well and truly wasted, three sheets to the wind, squiffy, smashed, off your trolley, inebriated, sozzled, blotto, sloshed, drunk, tanked, pie-eyed, plastered and legless.
All prints are numbered editions and are lovingly hand screen-printed in London onto 200gsm Fedrigoni Sirio recycled paper.
The bottle is green on a cream background and is limited to 50 in this colour print run.
The print is 50cm x 70cm and is sold unframed and will fit into a standard size “off-the-shelf” frame.
Each print is beautifully wrapped in acid-free lime green tissue paper and tied with a black ribbon and despatched in a sturdy cardboard tube
