milly and pip specialise in unique personalised gifts, cards, memory keepsakes and home accessories, all handmade in the UK using found and recycled materials.
Welcome to milly and pip - Founded in 2008 by me, Ali Millard, a designer with over 20 years' experience in the fashion and textiles industry.
From our studio in Derbyshire, we lovingly hand make a range of personalised textile gifts and cards. Each item is hand cut and sewn, using raw edge applique and freehand machine embroidery. Most of the fabrics used are found in small quantities and as each piece can be personalised, no two items will ever be the same.
We are passionate about sourcing locally and supporting other small UK businesses, and we strive to make as little impact on the environment as possible, through recycling and reusing materials.
We aim to create products so special and personal, that they will be treasured forever and never be thrown away.

Our Products
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on most of our products.
All our products are handmade to order and our current delivery dates can be found on the individual product pages.
All Mainland UK and Non-Mainland UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery with proof of postage, therefore any delivery dates provided are estimated and not guaranteed.
If your item is required for a specific date, we can organise guaranteed delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery at an extra cost. If this option is not available to select at time of purchase, please contact us after you have placed your order and we will let you know if we can arrange this.
Many of our items (except for cards) do not fit through standard letters boxes, therefore please ensure that someone is available to take delivery.
milly and pip cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If the supplied address is incorrect, or if for any other reason the goods are returned to milly and pip, we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-send the order.
GIFTS: If your order is a gift and is being sent direct to the gift recipient, we would be happy to gift wrap your order for you for free. Please select the 'add gift options' box at checkout, where you can add a message, which we will hand write onto the gift tag. We will ensure that no price details will be included in the parcel with your gift.
We use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Terms and Conditions
All products are designed and handmade in the UK using found and recycled materials. Patterns, materials and colours may vary slightly from item to item but this will not affect the overall look of the design.
Due to the nature of the recycled materials used in our products, minor blemishes in the pattern/weave are inherent to the fabrics and are not considered a fault.
Our products are created using raw edged applique and freehand machine embroidery, which is like writing/drawing by hand using the sewing machine as a pencil. We do not use any computerised embroidery machines.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, due to the way that computers display colour, we cannot guarantee that colours on screen will accurately depict the actual colour of the item.
All items sold are for decorative use only and are not intended to be used as toys.
All items are sponge clean only.
PLEASE NOTE: As all our products are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you, they are therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable. Please check all information carefully when placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for any errors on your part.
All milly and pip products are handmade in the UK, therefore all transactions with milly and pip are subject to UK law.
