This is a wonderfully gentle, natural version of those plastic ice pack things that you either heat up or freeze to sooth aches and pains. Heated it stays hot for up to an hour so it’s an excellent bed warmer (no danger of scalds or leaks). Cooled in the freezer it can help ease swellings and sprains. Filled with lavender and wheat it’s malleable and heavenly wrapped round achey shoulders after a stressful day.
