In the days of candlelight, writing desks and quill ink pens, wax seals were once used as a personal guarantee of assurance, privacy, status statement or merely for fashion, on correspondence hand-penned and sealed.
These new cufflinks offer a softened vintage edge, aged to resemble antiquity. The rough finished silver represents the once used molten wax to encapsulate personal initials sculpted in precious .999 solid Fine Silver and oxidized for added texture. Whimsical precious seals handmade by Melinda Mulcahy.
Tactile & weighty, each round seal measures approx 18mm in diametre with soldered quality mechanism t-bar cufflinks.
You can have 1 or 2 initals on both cuffs or different for each cuff to represent first and last names. Maximum 2 initials per cuff, text will be smaller for 2 initials. Example: Bob Jones, B on one cuff and J on the other cuff, or BJ on both. Or perhaps you want it like Mr & Mrs, BJ on one cuff & Karen Jones, therefore KJ on the other cuff.
Made to order, please allow a minimum production time of 5 working days. If you have your own family crest wax seal that you would like imprinted, please contact me! Simply email your image to check it can be done.
Due to the clay nature of this product, please allow for slight variations and small imperfections which naturally occur and this adds to the handcrafted style and charm, a guarantee no two are the same.

All orders, UK or International are posted via Royal Mail's Signed For/Recorded Service which normally take 1-3 days following dispatch, International approx 5 working days. Please ensure the recipient is available to sign for the parcel.
URGENT ORDERS, please contact Melinda to prioritise within reason, but this is not guaranteed. If your order needs to be received by a certain day, please request Special Delivery to speed up and guarantee a delivery date, allowing for production times! Melinda can not take responsibility if an item has not been received by a specific date.
You will be advised of an "approximate" dispatch date upon accepting the order. You will then be advised upon dispatch, the estimated date you will receive your parcel. Delivery dates are estimates only and the artist will not take responsibility if orders are late!
Melinda is unable to provide tracking numbers for every single customer. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal (after 3 days of dispatch), please contact Melinda for a tracking number which can be checked on the Royal Mail website.
Melinda takes no financial responsibility for returned parcels! If a parcel is return for ANY reason, the purchaser will be contacted and further arrangements will be made at the cost of the purchaser.
