Your mug will be posted in a special mug mailer to keep it safe or why not have it gift wrapped and sent direct? It will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a brown craft gift box and you have the option to write a gift note (On the page 3 of the order process where it says Delivery options, you will see a small blue text option that says 'add gift options', click that and it will come up with a gift message box for you to enter message)
