This was aged for 3 years prior to release, and is a stunning pink champagne. It makes for a perfect gift for any occasion, or just a little something to make that next dinner party extra special.
It has a fine mousse and the nose offers aromas of berry fruits – especially red currants. The palate is fresh and lively, and incredibly fruity, with a long blackcurrant driven finish.
