This new initial necklace design features a golden letter of your choice with a bird and pearl above it.
The brass initial measures 1.5 cm tall (including the loop) and the bird is also 1.5cm from top to bottom wing. The total drop from is just over 2cm. All of the letters in this alphabet are tall and thin in style.
The necklace hangs on an 16 inch chain, available in Gold Plated Curb Chain or 14K Gold Filled Trace chain. This necklace comes on a necklace card in an organza bag, ready for gift giving.

As soon as we received your message about wanting to return this necklace, we offered you a full refund and let you know our return address. We communicated with you on a regular basis whilst we waited to receive the returned order. Unfortunately (and unknown to us) it was held up by the Royal Mail on its way back, because not enough postage was paid when you posted it to us. Out of goodwill, we refunded you in full plus extra for your order and the postage. Please contact us via your order enquiry if you have any additional comments or if we can assist you further.

The item was of very poor and cheap quality. VERY over priced and a disgrace at £22.50 including the P&P. I have requested a refund in full over 7 working days ago and still I have not received any payment. Maria Allen Jewellery were very prompt at getting the item back but since then they have gone very quiet!
