This is the mini version of our popular Love Letter Necklace, featuring an envelope locket with your choice of message on the love letter inside.
This love letter necklace would make a great gift for a loved one or a friend. It could be for a celebration, special day or just a little note from you to them. It would also make a lovely wedding gift, whether for the bride or bridesmaids. You could choose to have each bridesmaid's name and the wedding date etched onto each love letter, so that they will have a lovely reminder of your special day.
This handmade necklace features a brass envelope locket with a lovely textured surface. There is a bird charm delivering the envelope. Please note that the bird charm may be on either side of the envelope locket. Inside the locket there is a little wooden insert which is removable, with your choice of words etched onto it. Each necklace is carefully hand made in our studio by the seaside in Brighton.
You can choose any personalised message and the necklace will be custom made for you. Please choose up to 3 words (can include a date) and type them in to the box provided. Due to the nature of the font used, having all capital letters only will not be available. If we receive a personalised message that is all in capitals we will alter it to have the first letter capital and the rest lowercase. We are able to create the message in any language and can also put a heart ♥ symbol on your message - please just write '(heart)' if you would like the symbol. Please note that the texture and colour of the wooden insert may vary.
It will take us 7 days to create your necklace plus shipping times (1-2 working days within the UK and 3-7 working days outside of the UK).
Your necklace will arrive in a gift box with a ribbon. You can choose from our black card gift box or our luxury gift box which has a removable leatherette 3D insert.
We can add a gift note with your message if it is going to the gift recipient. If it is being delivered to your address we can supply a blank gift tag on request for you to write your own message onto.

The necklace is attached to a 14K gold filled chain with a 14K gold filled clasp. The total length of the necklace (including the envelope locket and bird) is 17 inches. If you would like a different length please contact us first.
The wood insert is made of a thin wood (sycamore veneer).
14K Gold Filled is a very high quality of gold plating. Gold Filled components are made of a base metal (usually brass or copper) covered by sheets of gold in a mechanical bonding process. This produces a thick coat of gold: the gold content is 5% or 1/20 of the total weight. 14k Gold Filled components are hard wearing and last a long time. They are also safe for most people with sensitive skin
