Madame Oiseau's chocolate chillies are very popular! We cooked the chillies very slowly in sugar and let them dry until they reach a nice crispy texture. We then individually dip them in dark chocolate couverture (60 % cocoa content).They have a sweet slightly spicy flavour which tickles your taste-buds once the chocolate has melted. Please note that these chillies DON'T HAVE A VINDALOO STYLE SPICYNESS!!! THEY ARE MILD!

Presented in a little cellophane bag holding approx 40 grams, they make a different little present. Sold in packs of 2 bags. shelf life: 3 months.
