Mac & Wild Scottish Cocktails

Mac & Wild Scottish Cocktails, established in 2015 by the team behind London's popular Scottish restaurant, Mac & Wild, are hand crafted small batch cocktails using Scotland’s finest whiskies and spirits married together with complimentary flavours from the wild. Under the watchful eye of mixologist Luke Leiper, the cocktail recipes are carefully curated and inspired by Scotland’s wild but beautiful landscape.

We've launched with an initial range of four delicious ready to drink cocktails. Each expression is based on a classic style of cocktail that is easily identifiable such as a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.

Mac & Wild are a young, dynamic team, renowned for championing and promoting Scotland’s larder. Now with two restaurants in Central London, Mac & Wild takes diners on a journey to the Scottish Highlands, serving up the very best of Scotland’s produce south of the border.
