Looking for a unique and unusual but very special gift idea for a special girl, boy, lady or gentleman in your life?
We can make your chosen word or name in chunky 1.8cm MDF - price is per letter up to a quantity of eight and the price is capped at £60 thereafter. Example: 'Emily' would require a quantity of 5 letters which would be £37.50. Please contact us if you require more than twelve letters.
We design each name digitally before we cut it out by hand, making sure that each letter is sitting perfectly. We then sand and prime the wood before hand painting it and finally adding the embellishments.
Each wooden name is gift wrapped in white tissue paper before being placed in a pretty white gift box and tied with a bow. If the wooden name is too large for a box or only one letter is ordered we will wrap it in tissue paper and ribbon.
These contemporary wooden names are ideal for displaying on a shelf or mantlepiece.

Each name is lovingly hand-crafted to order and given a clean white, but rustic finish. Now also available in any colour you fancy! Choose to have it plain or choose from a large range of themed embellishments.
Please bear in mind each one of our wooden names are handmade to order, these are not machine processed so there may be impurities such as the texture of the wood but we feel this adds to the rustic charm of the product!
Please note embellishments and ribbon may vary. "Seaside" embellishments are now discontinued - "Garden Friends" replaces this and includes hedgehogs, bees, birds, snails, flowers and sunshine.

30 Dec 2011They are of very poor quality. The defects are 1) poor quality cutting with overcutting at ends of cuts, poor transitions from curve to curve where steps exist rather than a smooth blend; 2) several points where wood has chipped off and not been sanded leaving a missing lump; 3) little sanding before painting leaving very rough surface faces and wooden burrs on edges; 4) paint not dry before packaging or stacking as scuffs and blemishes are visible on front. Overall these items are not suitable for giving as a gift and would need sanding back and repainting before they are acceptable. We have requested a refund, no contact yet from vendor.

the item took forever to come _ I had to chase a number of times and when it finally arrived I was shocked at how disgusting the product was - it wasnt cut our properly, sanded or even painted properly. I am returning the unit as I was extremely unhappy - the seller has not been helpful and has ignored my last communication through the not on the high street service requesting that the item be collected. I thought that after such a long wait (I ordered in August and the item came last week!!) that it would be awesome I was very let down
