Two Tier Swirly Skirt. "flowers and Candy" - every girl's dream! That is the theme of my new swirl collection this skirt is two tiered.
Every skirt is handmade and different, giving you a unique and individual piece.
The fabrics used are all washable at 30 degrees and we use a mixture of velvet, needle cord, flannel, cotton.

All trims are coodinated or contrasting to add interest.
My special addition is a bell sewn in to the seam which kids love as they tinkle as they dance around in this skirt with movement.
