This bomber jacket is made from a bolt of 100 percent vintage kimono silk fabric made circa1970. The background of the fabric is in a beautiful pale pink with hand painted delicate flowers in hot pinks, red, turquoise, white, and lilac. The fabric doesn’t have a repeat pattern so even though two bomber jackets can be made from this bolt they will both be a one off.
The bomber jacket style has a 70s feel, short to the waist and made in a lighter luxurious silk fabric. The bomber jacket has front and back yoke with bell-shaped sleeves which are gathered into a cotton lycra cuff. The collar is a classic standard collar with a zip at the front and with patch pockets. The jacket is fully lined.
This bomber jacket is a season must is very versatile and goes well with most things. it l looks particularly great with the Lacy Pencil skirt and Betty High-Waisted Shorts .
