  Delivery time seemed to be fairly long - understand it was personalised, but the personalisation elements were done on card stuck to the box, this is something I can quickly do from a decent printer if I had ther materials. Cost was fairly high given the materials used.

  I thought they were 'wooden' boxes, but when they arrived they felt a bit flimsy. Other than that they were lovely.

  I am extremely pleased with the seller. I needed the box quickly for a naming ceremony and the seller sent me the box quicker than she normally would. I have ordered this box twice now and very pleased both times. A lovely keepsake box!

  It is beautiful, when I gave it to our godson his parents cried and said how gorgeous this box is. Well made and beautifully packaged.

  My keepsake box is for my baby Tallula who died recently during labour, it is a beautiful box and is perfect for all her little things...I will treasure it forever!

  I loved to wooden nametag and ribbon tie but was a little disappointed with the text used on the box. It looked just as it it had been printed onto card straight from the computer, which I could have done easily enough, so I felt that bit could have been rather more professional.
