All orders are sent free of charge unless you state express delivery. All items are made by hand and we aim to dispatch your item within 10-28 days from receiving your order.

During busy times such as Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Fathers Day and Christmas despatch times may be longer, but we will notify you upon ordering.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on personalised goods unless they are faulty.

Please check your pieces for damage upon receipt. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem.

We recommend that any returning items be dispatched via recorded delivery and a receipt is kept for proof of purchase. The returns remain the responsibility of the customer until Lisa B Jewellery recieve them. We are unable to accept liablity for goods lost or damaged in transit.
