All Lily Belle pieces will be beautifully gift wrapped in our signature white boxes, this service is completely free of charge - a card will be included to explain the sentiment behind each of your chosen Story Charms.
We will happily send directly to your gift recipient. Your personal message will be printed onto the gift note and this will be enclosed with the order. No reference to the value of the item will be included. At the checkout just select the ‘gift note’ option.

The service was fantastic- My personalised bracelet was ordered at 11:30 a.m. 21/12 and by 1:30 p.m. we had received an email saying it had been dispatched. It arrived the next morning at 8:00 a.m.- Incredible and the best online service I have ever received. The bracelet itself is beautiful and just as described and illustrated in the pictures. One small improvement could be a thicker bar and I have chosen to add safety chain. Thank you!
