This 6 page PDF sewing guide shows how to make you very own hobby apron with step-by-step instructions and lots of close up photographs to help you complete your project.
The sewing pattern is classed as 'Beginner' suitable for anyone who has experience of using a sewing machine & following simple sewing patterns.The guide will show you how to make your paper template, prepare your apron with wadding inside, add the webbing ties and make the pockets which are adjustable in width.
Materials required:
• 50cms (½yard) main fabric
• 50cms (½yard) of contrasting fabric
• 70 x 53 cms (27” x 21”) piece of 2oz wadding (battening)
• 1.7m of 4cm wide cotton webbing (67”)
• Matching thread
Instructions are given in both centimetres and inches. Create your very own handmade unique and orginal gift for someone special, you could fill it with gardening tools and seeds for any budding gardener.
