  Nothing wrong with the product, exactly as described but slight issue with the price as mentioned above.

  This was meant to be a christmas present but got lost in the post. The seller did send out a replacement as soon as they heard but this arrived 2 weeks after christmas and was slightly chipped. After waiting this long i accepted it and passed it on to my eagerly awaiting niece who loved it!

We had kept in contact throughout the delay in Royal Mail delivering your order, and a replacement was sent out as soon as was possible. A refund was offered and we are again very sorry to hear that the item had a chip on it when it did arrive.
