A bespoke sketch of your house based on a photograph provided by you, including the house name or personal message printed in a choice of 3 typefaces (script, handwritten or a modern sans-serif). We print the text on 2 lines with the first words on the top line and slightly larger eg: Mandy & Russ / St Michael's Church, 5th July 2012 OR The Orchards / Maidenhead OR Home sweet home / 15 Lane End, Bideford etc).

Choice of 3 sizes

Small - 25.5x25.5cm (10"x10") with an approx. image size 13x13cm (5"x5")
Large - 25.5x30.5cm (10"x12") with an approx. image size of 14x20cm (5.5"x8")
Canvas - 30x30cm (12"x12") with an approx image size of 30x30cm (12"x12") Does not require framing as comes ready to hang. TAKES UP TO 7 DAYS EXTRA PRODUCTION
Small and Large prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount. Available unframed or in Contemporary Wooden Frames (width 2cm, depth 1cm) in natural oak, black, contemporary matt white (width 2.5cm) or painted/limed white where you can still see some wood grain (width 3cm).

A guide to our illustrations

You must provide a photo of the property (see below for more information)
- Illustrations are black & white line drawings outlining the house - this is a simplified sketch not an architectural copy of the property. We draw in some textures such as a few bricks and roof tiles but for more detail order our Detailed House portrait for £70 - see other listing.
- We will draw in some garden elements if they are in the photo but the focus is on the house.
- We can only draw what we see - so if part of your house is obscured by a hedge or wall we will draw the hedge or wall.
- We will NOT include cars, people, pets, or unattractive elements such as satellite dishes, bins, for sale signs etc.
- We cannot take requests to also draw pets, cars or additional elements in the drawing.
- If the photo has the house at an angle, we will draw the illustration at an angle. We will draw at an orientation (portrait or landscape) that best suits the property.
- The illustration is done by hand, coloured on the computer and printed in a graphic, contemporary style with offset block colours. The house is left black & white, sky is duck-egg blue, grass sage green, paths are stone or grey, windows are cream. If your house has bright paintwork/front door or is painted concrete rather than brick we will colour this to match.

Providing a photo

The estimated delivery times are from when we receive the image - we prefer jpg, png, or pdf files if possible.
- Email your photo to info@letterfest.com quoting the name used on the order. We will reply within 48 hours to confirm receipt - if you don't hear from us, we haven't got it! Alternatively once you have ordered, go to "My Orders" on NOTHS. Submit an order enquiry and upload your image there.
- Public venues will have their own websites - email us the link in customer message on checkout. If it’s a large estate with a few buildings - please make sure you tell us which one.
- Find your house using Google Street View:
1. Go to Google.com, click on maps, and enter your address.
2. Click on the Streetview option (under "more"), and use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view of your house, click the "Print" link above the image in the right hand corner (next to "Send" & "Link").
3. This will open another window with the view of your house - copy the html link for this window and paste into a customer message on checkout or email the link to info@letterfest.com. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! You must send us the link from the Print window and not the Streetview window so we are certain we have the right house. (Please note Google Streetview is not available for all addresses).
