We have fallen in love with our new caterpillar friends. They are fun and smiley and easy to grab and rattle. Colin is green and blue, Clive is orange green and red and Clarissa is pink and green.
In choosing Colin, Clive or Clarissa you will be helping sustain fairly paid employment in rural Bangladesh. They were hand crocheted there by women working for a none profit fair trade organisation. The organisation helps keep families together by providing employment in a village setting close to the women's homes rather than in a city. Mothers are able to stay with their children and earn money to support them.
Colin, Clive or Clarissa would make a lovely gift to welcome a new baby or to take to a baby shower, naming ceremony, Christening or Baptism. They would also make a great birthday present for a baby or toddler.
Colin, Clive and Clarissa are approximately 15 cm long and made from 100% cotton. They are machine washable at 40 degrees and can be tumble dried on a low setting. CE (European safety standard) certified and suitable from birth.
