A fun, handmade brooch upcylced from a vintage wooden draughts piece. The bluebird design is inspired by vintage tattoos. A truly removable tattoo!
The bluebird tattoo brooch design is a print from one of my paintings. The design is inspired by old Sailor Jerry and rockabilly tattoos. The brooch is created from a vintage wooden draughts (checkers) piece. The brooch supplied may be on either a natural wood (cream or brown) or ebonised wood (black) draughts piece. I hand make each brooch myself and seal them with a glossy, glass-like resin.

The brooch pin has a safety catch to ensure it stays in place. A care card is provided with each item purchased this explains how to look after the jewellery

As vintage draughts pieces are used sizes vary slightly from 3.2 to 3.5cm
