Celebrate the birth, christening or naming day with a unique papercut entirely handcut and displaying the names and birthdate of the new little life. Designed and meticulously handcut from one sheet of beautiful light blue paper, the names are embellished with delicate swirls and hearts (as pictured).
Price shown is for unframed but there is an option on ordering to choose to have it framed. The papercut is sandwiched between two sheets of glass and surrounded by a choice of black, white or natural wood frame handcrafted in Dorset by master framers. The frames can be hung in the traditional way but are also chunky enough to be freestanding on a shelf or windowsill allowing the background wallpaper/paint colour to show through the frame - thus matching any decor.
Dimensions can vary depending upon name and date, but all are cut from a sheet of 21cm x 29.7cm (A4) art paper.
Each personalised papercut is signed, dated and numbered (1 of 1) to ensure you have an entirely unique gift.
Unframed papercuts are supplied flat on natural brown micro corrugated board laid onto foamboard to keep it from damaging. This is then carefully wrapped in a biodegradable cornstarch cello sleeve. I also supply two glue dots for you to mount your papercut in your choice of frame.

Please bear in mind most papercut names will be portrait in orientation although for long names I may have to choose a landscape orientation to make it fit better.
