This is an limited edition, signed and titled giclée print of an illustration by Kirsty Baynham.
The print depicts a blue tit, encased in jewel and geometric motifs, a decorative oval frame of diamonds, wings, arrows and feathers. The print has a navajo feel with tribal patterning and a pale mint background. Colour scheme is bright emerald, jade, pale pink, dark grey and navy blue.
The patterns were painted in watercolour and drawing inks, with digital elements.
Print run is a limited edition of 100.
The print is available both framed and unframed. The frame is a white box frame made of high quality, Scandinavian pine sourced from sustainable forestation. It comes complete with styrene acrylic glazing and a white, bevel-cut mount, and fixings are provided for hanging.
This piece was hand-printed on a small giclée printer, using ten, vibrant ink colours to create a vivid and detailed, longlasting print. It is printed onto a soft, lightly textured paper, 190gsm.
The size of the unframed print is A3 (29.7 x 42 cm). When framed, the complete piece measures 40 x 50 cm.
