"Unlock, Post, Tie, Capture" is an open edition, signed and titled giclée print of an illustration by Kirsty Baynham.
The bird is composed of tiny, coloured, gothic style keys, with black lace wings, running into a tight, geometric pattern of bows, ribbon, envelopes and fluted edges at the tail. The bird is surrounded by geometric shapes in shades of olive, turquoise, lavender blue and faded coral brown. The illustration was drawn in inks and watercolour paints, with digital elements.
The print is available both framed and unframed. The frame is a white box frame made of high quality, Scandinavian pine sourced from sustainable forestation. It comes complete with styrene acrylic glazing and a white, bevel-cut mount. Fixings are provided for hanging, or alternatively, the frame can stand freely.
This piece was hand-printed on a small giclée printer, using ten, vibrant ink colours to create a vivid and detailed, longlasting print. It is printed onto a soft, lightly textured paper, 190gsm in weight.
The size of the unframed print is A4 (21 x 29.7 cm). When framed, the complete piece measures 28 x 36 cm.
