  Item received a day earlier than expected. Pirate treasure chest was ordered for a nine yr old girl's birthday and she absolutely loved it. I'm glad I bought two though, one to save for my daughter's birthday! Might be nice to give some info on how to cleanse and programme the crystals and what they are traditionally used for.

  Bought as a Christening gift & very well received. Wonderful as a display on a shelf, until the child is old enough to play with the 'treasure' or utilise as a money box. A wonderful, stylish, pratical gift.

  A lovely tiny pirate treasure chest. My daughter loves it. Very good quality product. Speedily dispatched too. I had filled it with gold coins for Christmas and now Christmas has come again really as she adores the beautiful stones too.

  Gemstones ok, but felt the 'treasure chest' description misleading, as very small. Treasure map was just a list of gemstones. Also, would not class this as a child's gift, think they would be disappointed. When chest stated, something larger expected, and for the majority of children gemstones would just be viewed as little stones. Take of value of gemstones and you are left with an expensive tiny box, not even big enough for a money box.

  Product description says the treasure box includes a map this in fact is just a sticker stuck under the lift which if you pull off is unusuable as 'a map'. You need to take the sticker off if you want to use the box as a money box later. Lovely stones though!

  Looks great, but try and pick it up or play with it and the orange stain comes off all over your hands. No way my son could use this as a money box. Also I have tried to contact them about it and I have had no response. Very frustrating!

  Please accept the sellers sincere apologies for not replying to your enquiry. It was sent while they were on our summer holiday and was left unnoticed by their temporary staff. The seller has contacted their manufacturers about the problem who explained that the dye used on the boxes is a natural water based colour and unfortunately this box was the result of a one-off bad batch. They have assured the seller that this will not happen again. Over the next few days the seller will refund you the full amount, and send you a pouch of mixed stones.

  When I received this, I immediately wrapped it up as it was a present for my sons birthday. When he opened it, after about 5 minutes his hands were organge from the dye on the box. It took me all weekend to remove the dye from his hands and as a result of this dye, his ezcema condition has flared up! I have contacted the seller for a refund. These products should be tested for things like that when they are being sold for chidren.
