  I never received this item. I contacted the seller via your website to say it hadn't arrived. She said she'd investigate and email me the same day. I didn't receive the promised email so emailed her back the next day saying I was very disappointed not to have heard back and could she let me know what was happening. She called me the next day and was very defensive and rather rude to me on the phone saying it was obvious I wasn't happy so she'd just refund the money. I explained I just wanted to know when to expect the goods and if she needed a little longer that was no problem. She then went into a diatribe about how she'd been in hospital the day before with something and couldn't email me and she'd just refund the money. I've ordered from your website before and been very happy but this experience will affect whether I order from you again - sorry I know it's not your fault - but she shouldn't have promised to come back to me with more information and then not do so.

It was despatched in good faith via Royal Mail and our experience shows that missing parcels are a rare occurrence. We thought that a brief telephone call to explain that we were investigating and the reason for an overnight delay to your enquiry would beneficial. That was why we telephoned as soon as we opened. I am sorry if you thought were rude, it was most certainly not the intention. Your order was refunded because you seemed very concerned as to the whereabouts of your purchase and we thought that this was the best option, as we did not any further supplies of your colour selection. Thank you for shopping with us and do let us know if you have any further comments. Best wishes

  I need to take my train ticket out of the wallet to get through the barriers at Waterloo station twice a day - the wallet is just a little too small to allow for this to be an easy task, however hopefully in time this will get easier. The wallet is very well made though.

  The travel card holder is excellent. The leather is very good quality. The price is good for this product. The only downside is that when you slide your cards into the sections it is then hard to slide them out again. It could do with being a few miilimetres wider.
