Please be aware that due to the continuing UK postal worker's industrial action during December 2022 it is likely that our usually swift service will sometimes be impacted by strikes and the enormous backlog of mail.

We are monitoring the situation, but during the national industrial action (planned by the CWU and Royal Mail workers on December 9, 11, 14, 15, 23 & 24 2022) it is likely that all estimated delivery dates will be effected.

Materials used in the construction of Toddwatches ((depends on model): Watch body made using various metals (may include; anodised aluminium, stainless steel, coated brass). Toddwatch watch have anodised aluminium components, which may dent/mark/scratch if they come into sudden contact with other harder materials. Bezel inlay made from; anodised aluminium, wood, glass fibre re-purposed circuit board, enamelled copper or sterling silver. Movement: Myota Cal. 2035 quartz analogue, +/- 20 seconds per month. Sapphire or mineral crystal lens. Fittings: Stainless steel machine screws in back plate, Swiss waterproof case tubes and crowns. Strap: leather and on special request non-leather material. Watch straps and other organic materials are not covered under the 1 year guarantee. While your watch is resistant to water, splashes and partial emersion, prolonged exposure (esp. salt water and chlorinated water) will dramatically impair the life of any organic material used in the construction. It is recommended that the watch is not worn when swimming, diving or other water based activities including showering. Do not leave your watch on or near extreme sources of heat and do not scold with boiling water. Extremes of heat may dramatically shorten the life expectancy of the power cell and cause servere harm to the watch. In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to make a claim under guarantee, please do not initially send the watch, as Johny Todd Ltd will not accept liability for loss or damage during shipping. Please use the contact address, telephone or email to notify Johny Todd Ltd of your intention. Advice will be given on a recommended method for sending your watch.

Johny Todd Ltd guarantee all products for 1 year from the date of purchase against any fault in construction, or in the case of a special commissioned order, the date of dispatch. During this period any defective part will be repaired or replaced, excluding watch straps, watch power cells and excluding any P&P. All requirements of the original warranty given at the time of purchase must have been complied with totally. Sole discretion on this and any other matter pertaining to the warranty remains exclusively with Johny Todd Ltd. A Johny Todd Ltd warranty does not cover normal fair wear and tear, such as chips, dents and scratches which will occur when a watch is worn; or scuffs, scratches or stretching of leather on a ToddTote bag, nor any deterioration suffered through improper, ill-advised or unrecomended use, negligence or accident. Similarly any modification made by the purchaser, a retailer and any other agent on behalf of the purchaser and/or retailer will cause this warranty to be nullified immediately by Johny Todd Ltd.
