Whereas John Moncrieff specialises in the design and supply and subsequently the sale, of lighting fixtures and related activities AND WHEREAS the customer either by purchasing goods from John Moncrieff the customer is deemed to have accepted and deemed to have to agreed to be bound by these General Conditions of Sale and Business NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. DEFINITIONS In these General conditions, unless the context otherwise require, the words and phrases set out will have the meaning set out opposite to them. John Moncrieff Limited means John Moncrieff Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered in Scotland Company No 209212.) and having a place of business at Unit 5 Clashburn Rd, Bridgend Ind Estate, Kinross, Perthshire, KY13 8GB Customer means the person, firm or company which has submitted as order to John Moncrieff Limited, and which has been accepted as a Customer by John Moncrieff Limited. Work means the person, firm or company which has submitted as order to John Moncrieff Limited, and which has been accepted as a Customer by John Moncrieff Limited.
