  Lovely gift! We were given these as a wedding gift almost 2 years ago, and have now given the same to friends of ours. They love them too! So cute, and personalised without being too cheesy! xx

  I sent this item back as didn't think it was good value for money. The box looked like it had been used before and the personalised message was written in scruffy handwriting!

We make all our products individually by hand with great attention to detail, from the highest quality materials available. They are carefully priced, taking into consideration all costs as well as the time spent making them, and we always offer the lowest price possible. These wedding date magnets also include two extra (free) mini heart magnets. Our boxes are all new and never reused, and our products are packaged with care and consideration. We cannot unfortunately control any occasional damage incurred during delivery. When a gift note is requested we include the standard Not on the High Street printed 'with love' gift note, and also if possible an additional hand-written version of the same message to give our customers an extra choice. We aim for customer satisfaction at all times, and we are sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your order. We provide photographs and an accurate description to help customers gauge the size, quality and appearance of our products.   I was delighted with the Wedding magnets & so were the couple I bought them for. I had read a previous review about the size of them & was slightly worried, but when they arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. Just beautiful and very unique. Many thanks.

  The magnets arrived surprisingly quickly, particularly given the Christmas rush. They were beautiful, just as pictured and were a gift and the recipient was delighted. Would definitely order again, many thanks.

  The wrong dates were sent to me and it took a number of calls to get replacements which were sent later than I was told and were then personally delivered - to the wrong address. The owner was very friendly but the whole transaction was highly unprofessional and I would not order anything from this vendor again.

  Dear Melanee I'm very sorry this experience did not live up to expectations. We take customer service extremely seriously and make every effort to resolve all issues as quickly and smoothly as possible. It was unfortunate the order wasn't checked when it first arrived, as this would have given us two weeks instead of two days to replace the magnets. We always recommend customers check their order on arrival. However we sent a replacement set out on the day we were first contacted, by first class post. Our normal policy is not to replace faulty goods until we receive the original order back, but in this instance we sent them out anyway as the deadline was so tight. When these were not delivered on time (this occasionally happens with Royal Mail), we responded by offering to deliver a third set (still without the return of the originals which I agreed could wait until the customer's return in two weeks). To prevent the risk of this happening again we offered to deliver the third set in person. We apologised unreservedly for the last set being posted into the wrong letter box, and contacted the recipient immediately to let them know. We included stamps in the replacement package to cover return postage of the original order so the customer would not need to spend their time or money taking it to the post office, and also included an extra free gift to make up for the original error.
