A beautiful long silk scarf with a turquoise poppy design on a vibrant blue purple background.
Poppies seem to be everyone's favorite flower and I try to capture their essence rather than a pictorial representation when I paint them.
The lightweight Habotai silk drapes beautifully. This long scarf is my most popular size as it is so versatile and with this design, the motif is at either end for maximum impact.
Being hand painted, each scarf will have its own personality. The slight variations of colour and design arrangement make it a piece to treasure or give as a unique gift.

100% pure Habotai silk . This hand painted scarf has been steamed and washed to ensure it is colourfast.
Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild soap or detergent. For best results iron while damp on the "silk" setting.
