Delivery info
This beautiful 'Message in a bottle' Valentines gift has an approximate delivery time of 2-5 days which includes first class delivery.
The standard delivery dates shown on product pages are given with the best intentions but are ESTIMATED dates only.
Due to the high volume of orders I receive each week, it may take up to 1-3 days to make and dispatch this product. Once posted, your order will usually take a further 1-2 days to arrive with first class post but please note that this is an estimation only and delivery may take a little longer at certain peak times, bank holidays, Christmas etc. Once dispatched you will receive an email letting you know it is on it's way, so you can keep an eye out for it arriving.
This lovely 'Message in a bottle' is sent securely packaged in a brown cardboard box so the recipient shouldn't be able to guess what's inside! There will need to be someone in to receive delivery as the parcel is too big to fit through the letterbox.
If you know you need the gift for a specific upcoming occasion it is best to try and order in good time in case of unforseen postage delays. Otherwise if you have already left it a little late, you have the option to upgrade the delivery to the £6.95 ‘express’ service which means your order will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed rather than by first class mail and will arrive on a named delivery day. Please note that the express service offers Monday – Friday delivery only. If you require guaranteed Saturday delivery, please choose this option at the checkout (£12.95).
If you choose the UK express delivery option at the checkout, your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and should arrive on the named day shown on the website, between 7am and 1pm. Express deliveries will require a signature so there MUST be someone available to sign for the parcel between these hours otherwise your order will be taken back to the sorting office and delivery will be delayed.
Please make sure that you check your delivery address is correct when you complete your order as it is your responsibility as the customer to make sure all the delivery details are right. I cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding an order where it has been delivered to an old or incorrect address.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
