Jan Fryer Jewellery
Jan Fryer's 'hearts' have a nostalgic, romantic feel. Individually cut and shaped by hand each has a life of its own. A princess in a fairytale would be wearing these.'Fat Parcels' make a more modern statement. Fat parcels or cushions is what they look like, especially if the finish is matt. If hearts aren't your favourite these are for you. The brooches look great on a strong plain fabric.
Charming pieces are nostalgic, individual and intriguing pieces. Chains are oxidised, giving them an aged feel. There are little buttons, luscious pearls, little padlocks and semi-precious stones. If you wish, choose colours and letters to include.

About Jan
"I originally taught myself jewellery making as an artistic outlet, having studied art at college. It gradually grew from this, and making bits and pieces for friends, into the full time occupation it is today.
I work from home in a small riverside village in Gloucestershire, where I have lived for the last 13 years with my two daughters and two dogs.
I derive great pleasure both from creating my jewellery and the knowledge of the pleasure that it gives to my customers. In a world of mass-produced items it is nice to have something that is hand crafted, individual and not too perfect."
