Item looked as though it was used and old, silver was tarnished and had actually left a mark in presentation box. Emailed company to ask how I go about returning, and never received a reply, so contacted NOTHS directly.

It is a lovely product, but unfortunately it arrived broken. Not on the high street provided a new set but they were in the same condition. I would highly reccomend the excellent service of the company but I am not sure if this is just a routine fault with the product.
