24 Aug 2011Beautiful tea set; tea pot and cup broken inside upon arrival, replacements sent straight away, broken upon arrival poor packaging, replacement sent out quickly again in great packaging.....tea pot evidently dispatched with a chipped spout, clearly like that before sent out the saga continues but customer service polite, helpful, and quickly responsive.
