It comes packed in a lovely wooden storage box. Assemble using instructions printed permanently on the wooden storage box lid. This is a fabulous fair trade gift.

Castle in a box was a present for my 3yr old grandson Harry. He and his FATHER are very pleased with it, and the construction was easy. However when I unpacked it prior to wrapping as a present, I was disappointed to see that the actuall box was coming away at one corner. I did not have time to send it back as the birthday was imminent. Otherwise it looks a lovely toy and the painted wooden knights are perfect.
