The process is very simple and once we have your image your bracelet will be created and dispatched within 24hours.

The bracelet has a strong and eay to use stainless steel clasp.

Personalisation is carried out in our workshop by our master engravers and usually dispatched the same day.

** How to upload image **

The process is simple, either scan your pictures or use a camera / smartphone to create a jpg image.

Place your order filling in the options and personalisation for the smaller section of the clasp, we will then contact you immediately by email to upload your images.

Please contact us via 'Ask the seller a question' if you would like help with your engraving requirements, we are happy to advise you.

The bracelet comes packaged in our signature black box tied with a silver ribbon, and we can add a giftcard with your special message.

We can also send send directly to your gift recipient, this service is available at checkout.

Our standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.

Our bracelets are very sturdy but do not like being exposed to water, so please don't wear them in the shower to ensure a long and healthy life!
