We do our best to offer you our best work. In the case that you want to return the jewellery you have purchased, we offer the following policy:

Rings: All rings are custom made to fit your size, and therefore are non-refundable. If you are not sure about your ring size before ordering, please purchase the plastic ring sizer from my shop to have your finger measured. Alternatively, you could have your fingers measured at your local jewelry shop.

Personalized items:All personalized items are non-refundable, as they are consided custom made. All other non custom made items:Non custom made items are returnable within 5 working days of receiving your parcel in their original condition. In the case that you have lost part of your item, a replacement or refund can not be made. Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.

All other non custom made items: Non custom made items are returnable for a full refund of the item within 14 days of receiving your parcel in their original condition. Postage is not refundable. Shipping charges for sending back the items are the buyer's responsibility. For your protection, we recommend you to use a tracking service to return your items. HuiyiTan is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. After 14 days of receiving your parcel, all sells are final.

Faulty items are eligible for exchanging. All faulty items need to be reported within 14 days of receiving your parcle. After 14 days of receiving your parcel, all sells are final.

Please notice that we do not cover damages caused by wear and tear, they are not considered as a fault.
