04 Dec 2011Very disapointed with the quality of the hooks (ordered two) - scuff marks and one of them had a large blob of excess glue. Unfortunately I needed these pretty swiftly for a present....so had to give them as they were but if it hadn't of been for that I would of returned them. On a good note they did arrive quickly.

That's the first negative comment we've received regarding these hooks and we've sold hundreds in our shop, but just to be on the safe side we've ensured that an extra person has been positioned on the production line to check for scuffs and excess glue, so this shouldn't happen again.
