  Item was delayed in getting sent out as they didn't have it in stock. It took a few days for them to tell us that there was going to be a delay but was very good in communicating updates on the situation after that. Also refunded postage which was a nice touch. Bird feeder was lovely ! I will shop here again.

  I bought this as a last-minute wedding present and the vendors were very accomodating, getting it posted out to me straight away and it arrived in plenty of time for the wedding. Thank you!

  Not the senders fault I guess but the delivery people left it outsdie my door, while I was on holiday. Thankfully the bird feeder seems OK.

  When I asked for the item I was buying to be gift wrapped, there was 'no problem', I received a lovely email, regarding the message I had asked to be put on the gift,and my dad was delighted with his Christmas present. Thank you very much.

  Packing was not sufficent to protect the metal and arrived all bent and mishaped! Very disappointed!!!!

  Beautiful bird feeder. Bought as a xmas gift for my aunt and uncle, who were delighted with it. Can't wait to put it in garden, once snow has thawed!

  Fantastic, requested a desciption label as being sent as a gift. One was created and sent very quickly. Very good communication. Present loved and said as being "very original".

  Packing was just tissue paper and a jiffy bag so metal feeder had been squashed. Managed to correct it but not really adequate packaging.

  It is exactly what it says it is. Nice looking in the Zinc metal (robust but stylish) with a good sharp spike to pierce apples or candles if you prefer. My birds love it.
