There is strength in diversity and this box of six organic loaves is a celebration of all the wonderful heritage and quality we can pack into one convenient box. Now these highly acclaimed loaves, pride of the South West, and exemplars of the Organic movement, are made available wherever you live within mainland UK. You knead never be without great organic bread again. Don’t compromise!
The bread is dispatched to you on the day it is baked. Each loaf is supplied with storage instructions and a freezer bag , so every last crumb of every loaf can be enjoyed to the fullest.
Our Organic Bread Box contains the following six loaves, supplied in a bespoke cloth bag - that turns into an apron:
THE SHEPHERDS LOAF: on BBC4, 25th March 2010, Tom Herbert goes on an epic quest for the perfect loaf, and so the Shepherds Loaf is born. It is a loaf on a mission to guide people to a better kind of bread. Bread that is simply and slowly made with local ingredients to give you a perfect loaf. Ingredients: organic spelt flour, Cornish sea salt, and water. Approx size (half a 2kg loaf): L28 x W15.2 x H10.2cm.
ORGANIC LIGHT RYE SOURDOUGH: twice voted Organic Loaf of the Year. It's wheat, yeast and dairy free, contains 55 year old sourdough and is 42 hours in the making! Only three ingredients: organic rye flour from Shipton Mill, water, and a pinch of sea salt. Approx size: L12.7 x W7.6 x H7.6cm.
ORGANIC G STONE LOAF: a beautiful organic loaf, enriched with dark molasses and high in fibre. It is made with cut wheat and is stoneground, making this a healthy favourite. Ingredients: Coarsely ground wholemeal wheat flour, organic cut wheat, sea salt, yeast, organic palm fat (planet friendly), organic molasses and water. Approx size: 15.2cm diameter x 7.6cm height.
ORGANIC WILD WHITE LOAF: king of breads and winner of British Baking Awards Artisanal Loaf of the Year 2009 and Winner of the Soil Association Organic Loaf of the Year Award 2008. Wild white is a yeast and dairy free sourdough. Ingredients: organic wheat flour from Shipton Mill, water, and a pinch of sea salt. Approx size: L28 x W12.7 x H7.6cm.
ORGANIC WHOLEMEAL LOAF: The Soil Association Organic Loaf of the Year 1998. The loaf from all English flour. Ingredients: organic stoneground wholemeal wheat flour, water, organic palm fat (planet friendly), yeast, and sea salt. Approx size: L23 x W10.2 x H10.2cm.
ORGANIC SODA SEEDS LOAF: crunchy, hearty and healthy! Packed like a bird feeder full of seeds, this is the ultimate bread to enjoy with cheese. Soda seeds is a yeast free wholemeal loaf made with spelt flour, grown and milled at Shipton Mill. Ingredients: Sharpham Park wholemeal spelt flour, milk (Jess's Ladies Organic Farm Milk), baking powder, sea salt, linseed, sunflower, poppy, millet, and pumpkin seeds. Approx size: L12.7 x W7.6 x H7.6cm.

Very well packaged and a must for foodie lovers, explanations as to which breads to slice before freezing etc - very well thought out, we have only eaten a couple of the loaves so far but they were both delicious.
