Hello, I'm Emma and welcome to my shop Hide & Home!

After years of sitting in front of a screen designing for web, I began to miss making things with my hands and the tactile feel of the finished product.

My love of leather working started back in 2012 when inspired by fellow makers. I invested in some leather and tools and set to honing my skills and techniques. Working with leather started off as a hobby for me but it started to grow into something more. I now create hand crafted leather goods for my shop Hide & Home with my lovely partner Joe in our country workshop!

Starting Hide & Home has enabled us to redefine our work/life balance and do what we love every day. We’ve met some truly lovely people along the way and gained some valuable tips and advice. Our future goals are to keep working on improving our shop and the items that we offer. We'd like to make more and more customers happy, grow Hide & Home, and enjoy the journey we have embarked upon.
