We take delivery very seriously and while every effort was made to dispatch your item within the time frame we stated, due to events beyond our control we were unfortunately unable to get the item out to you on time. We're very sorry we were unable to alert you to the delay, but can assure you that due to these problems Hello Monkey will no longer be using this delivery company because of the very poor service we received.

Although initially the service from this company was very helpful, as soon as I had paid, they completely dropped the ball, let delivery slide way beyond an acceptable time limit, even though I had explained the importance of a specific delivery date but most damaging of all, did not inform me that the order was running several days late although they were fully aware that the delivery deadline had been missed.
