hellish designs
Hellish designs(a play on my initials HL) was established in October 2003 exploiting a love of fabrics and a collection amassed over many years. That collection of fabric became my first handbags, cushions, aprons and other bags and gift items.
I continue to enjoy sourcing fabrics both vintage and new and take pride in finding gorgeous buttons and other trimmings with which to finish my designs. My designs are made with care and with practical details such as magnetic fastenings on bags, secure zipped pockets for small items and button fastenings on cushions for easy laundering.
Many designs are completely unique and all are made in very limited numbers. At Christmas I make angels and fairies which have proved very popular with my customers. A hellish design makes the perfect gift if you can bear to part with it.
