I'm very sorry you feel so disappointed with the product! It does sound to me that you were sent the wrong shape jug... I make two different small size jugs , one tall and one wide and from what you describe you received the 'tall small' not the 'wide small' . They both retail at £36 , but the 'tall small' is not available on notonthehighstreet.com I was away at the time and my friend was looking after the online orders ,she may have been confused or out of stock...I will look into the matter but I cannot change what happened , I can only apologise again - so sorry! Very disappointing!! The jug was very small and narrow for the price and certainly looked nothing like the one on your website, nor the one shown on a page in the 'Woman's Weekly' magazine, when my attention was first drawn to it. From your web pictures the jug looked to be the actual size of the milk carton it was supposed to represent; but it didn't match up....! In the box I also received a porcelain heart which I didn't order ~ was this compensation for the lack of jug size? I had ordered this jug as a present for a friend of mine and was taking it to her a few days after receiving it. I was so disappointed that I almost didn't take it with me but as I was going abroad I had no time to look for anything else. I very rarely have to cause to complain so I hope this may alert you not using misleading pictures on your website. I'm so glad I didn't order the larger jug which was almost another £10 extra.........
